A clearer way to get started.

A few common questions about the Nakkeb product family and how we approach a project.

Which product should I start with?

ESearch focuses on documents and internal knowledge; VSearch focuses on structured catalogs; DSearch focuses on specialized discovery across approved web sources. The product finder offers a starting point; a source review determines the final scope.

Can I try a live demo?

Ask the team for a demonstration aligned with your source types and use case. The homepage workbench is an interactive illustration with a small local sample dataset, not a live customer deployment.

Can Nakkeb work with Arabic information?

The original NakkebNER information describes English and Arabic entity recognition. Language coverage, accuracy, and domain-specific behavior need evaluation against representative project samples.

Can my project use private documents?

Describe your access and deployment requirements first. Connector permissions, hosting, retention, and security requirements are agreed for the implementation. Do not send private documents through the public contact form.

Do you provide current data from the research platforms?

The research archive documents earlier internal studies. It is not a current data feed and does not promise access to the named platforms. New projects require a review of available and permitted sources.

How much does an implementation cost?

Pricing depends on source access, volume, processing, search features, integration, and ongoing support. Use the contact page to request a project discussion and scoped proposal.

Are the new solution packages self-service software?

No. Expanded offerings are consultation-based packages connecting Nakkeb capabilities to a defined workflow. Availability and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

Can I request a correction or removal?

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the information concerned, and the change requested. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details.
